Danielle Gulitz has over 25 years of experience in software support and programming. Currently serving as a Software Support Specialist at Roeing Corporation since February 2011, Danielle provides front line assistance to users facing software-related queries and issues. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Specialist at Caterpillar Inc. from February 2001 to June 2009, where Danielle also addressed end-user software and hardware issues, installed applications, and generated reports. Before that, Danielle worked as a Software Programmer at Killeen ISD from October 1998 to December 2000, focusing on user support and training. Danielle holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Ivy Tech Community College-Lafayette, earned between 1985 and 1993.
