Bryan Smith

Bryan Smith is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Regional Property Manager at Roers Companies since August 2025, Bryan previously held the position of Project Director at Lendlease from January 2021 to August 2025. Additionally, Bryan was Regional Manager at PAC Housing Group from February 2019 to November 2022 and Regional Manager at UAH Property Management LP from February 2014 to December 2017. Earlier in his career, Bryan worked as a Corporate Trainer at the National Center for Housing Management, where Bryan trained the Certified Occupancy Specialist course. Bryan holds a degree from Nicholls State University, completed between 1996 and 2001.
