Jim Duerr

Jim Duerr, LALD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and senior living. Currently serving as Property Manager at Roers Companies since November 2024, Jim previously held significant leadership roles at The Waters, including Executive Director and Business Operations Manager, and earned an Assisted Living Director license in July 2023. With a background as a Senior Living Sales Specialist and Consultant, Jim has successfully driven community rentals and occupancy through effective sales and marketing strategies. Prior experience includes sales roles at New Perspective Senior Living and Republic Services, as well as management positions in the food and beverage industry and ownership of Shakopee Wine Cellars. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
