Ted Cotter

Ted Cotter is an experienced construction professional currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Roers Companies since April 2024, where responsibilities include managing submittals, handling RFIs, and assisting with project closeout documentation. Previously, Ted worked as an Assistant Superintendent at RISE Modular, overseeing construction teams and managing project operations, including scheduling and issue resolution.
