Nick Peters currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ROEST since December 2025. Previously, Nick held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Ardoq from April 2018 to December 2025, where significant contributions led to the company's growth from 20 to 200 employees and a 20x increase in annual recurring revenue, elevating shareholder value from $8 million to $300 million. As a co-founder of BrightArch, Nick focused on creating OrgWeaver to facilitate successful organizational changes. Earlier experience includes roles as a consultant at Forskningsparken - Oslo Science Park, Product Manager at e-Me Ventures, Business Development Manager at Tripletail Ventures, and Analyst at Accenture. Nick obtained a BA in Philosophy from Colgate University and briefly studied at the University of St Andrews.
