Emilie Mercadal has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Emilie is currently the Co-Founder of Neo Founders since November 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the CEO of ROFIM since June 2021.
Emilie also has a significant tenure at GSK, where they held multiple roles. Emilie was the Resourcing Strategy & Optimization Business Lead from December 2017 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for integrating financial, operational, and resource data to optimize R&D investments and improve returns. Before that, they were the Senior Manager Financial Portfolio Analysis from April 2016 to December 2017, providing financial leadership to portfolio governance processes. Emilie also worked as the Functional Lead of the Marketing Authorization Transfer Team from October 2014 to March 2016 and as a Project Manager for the Edge Project from January 2014 to October 2014.
Emilie's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Financial Consultant at Intys Consulting from November 2013 to March 2016. Before that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at G.P.B., where they worked closely with the CEO and COO on financial analysis, SAP implementation, and an acquisition by LBO from March 2011 to 2013.
Emilie started their career at Bpifrance, where they served as a Corporate Business Manager from March 2010 to March 2011. Emilie also held the role of Financial Analyst as part of their M2 degree apprenticeship from April 2008 to March 2010. Furthermore, they had an internship as an Assistant to the Financial Director at France 3 from June 2007 to August 2007.
From 2006 to 2010, Emilie Mercadal attended NEOMA Business School, where they pursued a degree in finance called SUP DE CO.
