Brian R. Anderson is the President of Roger Cox and Associates Property Management, LLC, since May 1995, where responsibilities include commercial property management, new business development, and managing special projects. Under Brian’s leadership, the company oversees a portfolio of approximately 970,000 square feet of industrial, office, and retail space, along with 1,500 units in multi-family housing and Home Owner Associations. Prior to this role, Brian served as Corporate Government Liaison at Beech Aerospace Systems, Inc. from January 1977 to January 1994 and was a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force from January 1974 to January 1977. Brian holds a B.A.A. in Business Administration from National University, earned between 1976 and 1980.
