Laura Pillet

Laura Pillet began their work experience in 2010 at Schneider Electric as a VIE Lean Manufacturing. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Manufacture Stern 1898 as a Chef de projet Qualité and later as an Industrial Project Manager, where they implemented Lean Manufacturing and oversaw various improvement projects. In 2014, they also started working at Centre de Formation dans le domaine de l'Horlogerie (CFH) as a Quality Course Instructor. Since 2014, Pillet has been employed at Manufacture Roger Dubuis, initially as a Project Manager and later as an Organization Project Manager and Organization Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Quality & Organization.

Laura Pillet earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie industriel from Grenoble INP - UGA from 2006 to 2009. In 2008 to 2009, they also pursued a master's degree in industrial engineering at Politecnico di Torino.
