Rossella Frer

Rossella Frer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rossella currently serves as the Global Head of Retail Partners Business & Sales Distribution at Manufacture Roger Dubuis since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Montblanc from 2015 to 2022, where they held positions such as Regional Marketing and E-Commerce Director for the Middle East, India, and Africa, as well as Head of Category Management for Core Lines Writing Instruments and Accessories. Rossella also has experience in the beauty industry, having worked at The Body Shop- L'Oreal as a Brand Commercial Development Manager for Global Travel Retail & New Markets from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they previously held a role at Allianz as a Global Bank Partnerships & Business Development Assistant from 2012 to 2013.

Rossella Frer has a strong educational background in business and marketing. Rossella earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In 2009, they participated in an exchange program at the Wisconsin School of Business, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Rossella then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Management at Università Bocconi from 2010 to 2012. As part of their Master's program, they also attended the University of Cologne in 2011 and 2012 for a business, management, marketing, and related support services exchange program.
