April R.

April R. has a wealth of experience in the creative industry. April began their career in 2004 as a Senior Graphic Designer for Kwik Kopy Business Solutions, where they designed for a variety of companies in the real estate, banking, and hospitality industries. In 2006, they joined Ideal Image as an Art Director Intern, and was hired shortly after completion of the internship. In 2007, April became a Lead In-House Graphic Designer at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., where they designed for Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Roy's Hawaiian Fusion, and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. From 2015 to 2017, April served as Creative Services Project Lead for Outback Steakhouse, managing creative projects from start to finish. In 2008, April began teaching courses such as Portfolio, Professional Development, and Photoshop 101 as an Adjunct Instructor at the International Academy of Design and Technology (IADT). Most recently, April was a Senior Director of Key Accounts at Roger West, where they managed all creative initiatives for key clients and spearheaded both small and large-scale projects.

April R. graduated from the International Academy of Design in 2008 with a Master of Fine Arts in Media Design Management. April had previously graduated from the same school in 2006 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
