Romain Beker is a skilled entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in consulting and technology. As Co-Founder and CEO of RogerHR since January 2021, Romain leads initiatives that likely focus on human resources solutions. Prior to this, Romain served as Head of Consulting and Manager at Open Web Technology from July 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included guiding digital transformation strategies for clients. Romain also held the role of Project Manager at BKF Beker Finance SA and was the Founder of Bristlecone ETF. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant position at Open Web Technology and foundational roles at ETH Zürich, where Romain earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, complemented by a Maturité Fédérale from Ecole MOSER.
