Joan Wood, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Talent Development and Engagement at Rogers Building Solutions, overseeing various initiatives in learning and development, culture, performance management, and communication. With extensive experience in organizational development, Joan held senior leadership roles at Builders FirstSource, Sabre Corporation, and Texas AirSystems, where responsibilities included enhancing leadership capabilities and executing strategic HR initiatives. Joan also has a rich background in management consulting through Leadership Edge and has contributed to training and organizational strategy at Frito-Lay and Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas.
