Mike Grabham

Mike Grabham possesses a diverse and extensive background in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently, Mike serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Endurant Energy and as Chief Executive Officer at Rogers Building Solutions, overseeing its subsidiaries including Rogers Mechanical and Coastal Mechanical. Prior to these roles, Mike held various leadership positions at McKinstry from January 2008 to March 2022, culminating in the role of Vice President of National Energy & Infrastructure Services. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Direct Energy, acquired by McKinstry, and Manager of Development Services at Transcend Equity Development Corp. Mike began a career in project engineering with Schneider Electric, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University.
