Dev Hurkoo

Dev Hurkoo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the ICT sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Rogers Capital since May 2018. Previously, Dev founded and managed INNOLVA, focusing on ICT services and business consultancy in Africa and the Indian Ocean region from June 2015 to April 2018. Dev has a strong background in strategic transformation and technology integration, having worked as Chief Information Officer at Mauritius Telecom, where significant advancements in IT systems were made. Earlier roles include General Manager at Teleservices and Telecom Plus, where impressive business turnarounds and revenue growth were achieved. Dev holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from CentraleSupélec and has further educational credentials from Université de La Réunion and Royal College of Port Louis.
