Carole Santerre

Carole Santerre currently serves as the Vice President of Network Reliability at Rogers Communications since July 2023. Prior to this role, Carole held multiple leadership positions at Shaw Communications, including Vice President of Network Reliability & Service Assurance, Vice President of Ops Planning and Execution, and Director of Advanced Technology Operations. Additionally, Carole has been the Vice President of Wireless Customer Experience Quality at Freedom Mobile since August 2019. Carole's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Linguistics from Laurentian University, along with completion of the Ontario Management Development Program in Business Administration and Management at Cambrian College.
