Karndeep Singh

Karndeep Singh currently serves as the Director of Activations at Rogers Communications, where responsibilities include leading nationwide service activations for all Rogers Business wireline products and developing strategic business plans that have resulted in a 110% to plan revenue. Previously, Karndeep held the position of Director of Network Operations Center at Shaw Communications, managing daily NOC operations to achieve 99.99% network availability and high customer satisfaction. Additionally, as National Manager of Network Projects and Standards, success was achieved with a 90% order delivery rate through effective team leadership. Karndeep holds a diploma in Electronics and Computer Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
