Randy Persaud

Randy Persaud is an experienced media professional currently serving as a Television Talk Show Host for Rogers Communications since April 2011, where the program "Talk Local" addresses social and political issues relevant to the Peel Region through expert discussions and audience engagement. Since September 2013, Randy has also been the Morning Talk Show Host at The HazeFM, delivering news and updates to the 905 area from 7am to 9am on weekdays. Additionally, Randy works as an On Air Announcer for Boxing Ontario, providing ring announcements at major boxing events across the Greater Toronto Area. Educated at York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences, along with a diploma in Television Broadcasting from Mohawk College and a graduate from the Second City Improv Comedy Program, Randy possesses a robust foundation in communication and performance arts.
