Rick Work

Rick Work is a Senior Solutions Architect with Clearcable Networks in Waterdown, Ontario, where they support a diverse array of clients in a collaborative IT environment. They began their journey in information security at Mohawk College, studying Network Engineering and Security Analyst, while gaining full-time experience at a local cable and telecommunications company. Having pursued additional training through the SANS Institute, Rick obtained GIAC Certification and transitioned from a NOC Specialist to specializing in Broadband Access Technologies. Previously, they worked in various technical support roles at Rogers and Shaw Communications, further honing their expertise in the field.
