Mike McAbee

Mike McAbee joined the Rogers team in November 2018 and serves as the Vice President of Corporate Training. In this position, Mike is responsible for the development and delivery of training for all Rogers team members. This includes the introduction of a new Learning Management System to provide online training, updated New Hire training for technicians and corporate employees and the development of a series of technical training videos to improve the knowledge, expertise and customer service of Rogers’ electricians.
