Nathan Hay has extensive experience in quality assurance and pastoral leadership. Since October 2008, Nathan has held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Rogers Foam Corporation, previously serving as a Quality Assurance Technician. Concurrently, Nathan has been the Interim Pastor at Elcomb Baptist Church since February 2019 and served in a similar role at Belchers Chapel Baptist Church for seven months in 2014. Nathan holds an Associate of Theology degree from Slidell Baptist Seminary and an Associate of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Mountain Empire Community College.
