Terry Mey has extensive experience in both security and education. Currently serving in a security role at Global Securities since July 2013, Terry has provided 24-hour security for the Cuban National Soccer Team during World Cup matches in 2013 and 2015. Additionally, since 1998, Terry has been employed as a security professional at St. George's School, ensuring the safety of students, faculty, and staff. In the educational sector, Terry has been a teacher and career counselor for Newport Public Schools since 1986, working across multiple schools. Prior experience includes technical writing for AMA from 1984 to 1986, where Terry created training manuals and proposals for the Underwater System Center. Terry holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from Providence College and a BA in Human Development/Special Populations from the University of Rhode Island.
