Jerome Carlier

Jerome Carlier, currently General Manager at Le Château de Bel Ombre, has been appointed as acting General Manager of Heritage Awali.Originally from France, Jerome started his career as a sommelier in a wine bar in Dublin in 2007. He then worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant in the UK and a wine cellar and shop in Paris before moving to Beirut in 2009 to serve as a sommelier at a prestigious cabaret and restaurant.In 2010, Jerome joined Constance Belle Mare Plage as a sommelier, and he was quickly promoted to Head Sommelier at Constance Halaveli in the Maldives. From 2011 to 2019, he contributed his expertise at Constance Le Prince Maurice before taking on a new challenge at Constance Lemuria in Seychelles in 2019.With a wealth of experience behind him, Jerome brings his passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences to Heritage Awali.
