Del Loose has extensive experience in the machinery service industry, primarily with Rogers Machinery Company, Inc., where tenure began in April 1997. Roles held include Corporate Field Engineering Manager, Field Engineer, Portland Service Manager, and Service Technician, demonstrating a progression of responsibility and expertise. Prior to joining Rogers Machinery, Del Loose worked as an Air End and Blower rebuild technician after serving as a temporary employee. Additionally, experience in the United States Marine Corps as a Jet Turbine Engine Mechanic provided foundational skills in engine repair, maintenance, and rebuilding from January 1992 to January 1996.
