Cynthia Meyer

Interim President & CEO, COO at Rogers Behavioral Health

Cynthia (Cindy) Meyer, MSSW, is chief operating officer (COO) for the Rogers system with oversight of all hospital, residential and outpatient clinic operations with a strong focus on quality, teammate and provider engagement, and patient and team safety.

Cindy brings a wealth of behavioral health leadership experience, most recently serving as chief operating officer at HealthONE/The Medical Center of Aurora and Denver Market since 2016. Cindy was responsible for driving growth and managing Behavioral Health Services (BHS) within the Continental Division, ensuring high-quality patient care standards across all care settings. With over 30 years of experience in behavioral health, Cindy has an extensive background in program expansion, admission growth, physician recruitment and relations, staff development, and community integration. She has served on several community boards, such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, NAMI Colorado, and Mental Health Colorado. Cindy is an advocate for increased access to services and improving mental health and wellness for all.

Cindy received her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and her Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the Kent School of Social Work in Louisville, Kentucky.
