Gene Yang, MD, MBA, serves as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Rogers Behavioral Health since October 2018, focusing on pediatric Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs, and leads Clinical Innovations to enhance patient outreach through digital technology.
