Jack Collier

VP, Development at Rogers Behavioral Health

Jack Collier is vice president of development at Rogers Behavioral Health, and oversees all aspects of remodeling, acquisition and development of properties and facilities on behalf of the entire system. Prior to joining Rogers, Collier spent more than 30 years in the real estate industry. He has significant expertise in market and development feasibility, acquisitions, financing and zoning approvals, as well as design and construction oversight of both new and redeveloped properties. His background includes the development and management of properties in Wisconsin, Florida, Tennessee and North Carolina. Collier is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration – marketing.
