Braeden Mayes has a strong background in construction and project management. Braeden started their career in 2005 with an internship at Turner Construction Company. From there, they worked as an Office Engineer at Rogers-O'Brien Construction from June 2006 to January 2008. Braeden then transitioned to a Quality Manager role at the same company from January 2008 to July 2009. After a brief period at Construction Zone as an Assistant Project Manager from September 2009 to February 2012, they returned to Rogers-O'Brien Construction as a Quality Manager from February 2012 to July 2013. Braeden then moved on to be an Assistant Project Manager at the same company from July 2013 to July 2014. From July 2014 to present, they have been serving as a Project Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction.

Braeden Mayes obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, attending from 2001 to 2006.
