Justin McAfee has a diverse work experience in the construction and development industry. Justin began their career as a Project Engineer at The Beck Group in 2002, where they managed subcontractors for the RadioShack Riverfront Campus Project. In 2007, they joined Hillwood as a Development Manager, leading market research and coordinating with brokers and consultants for East Coast development opportunities. Since 2009, Justin has been with Rogers-O'Brien Construction, initially serving as Vice President focused on building client relationships and managing marketing efforts. In 2015, they were promoted to President, responsible for the operations and overall leadership of the Dallas regional HQ office. As of 2019, Justin holds the position of President & CEO at Rogers-O'Brien Construction, defining the strategic direction and initiatives of the company and planning annual financial and operational goals.

Justin McAfee obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007.
