Montrell Rice has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Montrell'smost recent position was as an END USER SUPPORT / IT SPECIALIST at Rogers-O'Brien Construction, where they provided Level 2-3 technical support and troubleshooted software and hardware issues for all employees. Prior to that, they worked as an ASSOCIATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST at Tarrant County, where they coordinated the ordering, receiving, inventory, assembly, integration, check-out, delivery, and installation of computer hardware and software. Montrell also has experience as a System Support Specialist at The Container Store, where they configured, installed, and monitored desktop software and hardware for users, as well as managed network resources including Exchange, SQL Server, and Active Directory Services. Montrell also worked as a Desktop Support Technician at TEKsystems, providing IT support for desktop software, hardware, and mobile workforce. Earlier in their career, Montrell was a Dispatcher Team Lead and Technical Support Lead at AT&T, where they managed work orders, led projects, and provided IT support. Montrell also worked as a Teller at JPMorgan Chase, a Crew member/Kitchen Manager In-training at Chipotle Mexican Grill, and a Customer Service rep. at Convergys.
