Paul Paleracio has extensive experience in the construction industry. Paul started their career with The Beck Group in 1997, where they held the position of Senior Project Manager for over 20 years. In 2018, they joined Rogers-O'Brien Construction as a Senior Project Manager, where they are currently employed.

Paul Paleracio attended George Washington Senior High School, although the specific dates are unknown. After high school, they enrolled at the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Architectural Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Paul became an Engineer In Training (EIT) in June 1996. Later, in April 2009, they achieved LEED Accredited Professional status through the US Green Building Council. Paul also obtained the certification of Certified Healthcare Constructor from the American Hospital Association in February 2014.
