Todd McCord has over 17 years of work experience in the construction industry. Todd is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction since November 2017. Prior to that, they worked at W.G. Yates & Sons Construction for over 11 years as a Project Manager. At W.G. Yates & Sons Construction, they have demonstrated expertise in resolving complex problems, supervising staff, and managing client relationships. Todd has been responsible for scheduling projects, tracking submittals, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. Todd has worked on various projects including the Lubbock County Jail in Lubbock, TX, the General Services Administration project (FBI Building) in Houston, TX, and the One Water Place Condominium and Parking Facility in Destin, FL, among others. Todd McCord has also received additional experience from their involvement in projects such as the Santa Bell Condominium and Oceana Condominium in Gulf Shores, AL, Riverwalk in Gulf Shores, AL, and Park 4200 in Dallas, TX. Todd McCord also completed an OSHA Course in 2007.
Todd McCord earned an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Herzing University between 1995 and 1998.
