Samantha Harp

Samantha Harp currently serves as a 5th Grade Teacher at Rogers Public Schools and as a Policy Fellow at Teach Plus since July 2024. Previously, Samantha worked as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Springdale Public Schools from August 2022 to August 2024, and in literacy intervention, where responsibilities included delivering tailored instruction to approximately 70 students daily. Other experience includes long-term substitute teaching in multiple grades at Knapp Elementary and serving as Site Director for the SOAR - Camp War Eagle After School Program from August 2013 to May 2021, where responsibilities included leadership and program management. Samantha's earlier roles include an internship with The Journey Church in New York City and several summers as a camp counselor at Camp War Eagle. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies from the University of Arkansas, obtained in 2016.
