Charles Lapointe

Charles Lapointe currently serves as the Director of Merchandising at Rogers Sports & Media, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Charles was Vice President of Merchandising at La Cordée from April 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing buying, merchandising, and strategic initiatives to enhance the brand's positioning across various categories. Charles also held the role of Divisional Vice President for Menswear at Holt Renfrew from May 2018 to April 2022, focusing on rebuilding significant Menswear categories. Earlier experience includes serving as Buyer for Outerwear & Sportswear at Harry Rosen, and Buyer for Menswear at La Maison Simons. Charles began a career in the industry as a Financial Analyst at SSQ Assurance, and holds a degree from Université Laval along with CFA Level 1 certification from the CFA Institute.
