Denise MacHeras

Denise Macheras is a seasoned professional in business development and analytics, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Rogers Sports & Media since November 2025. Previously, Denise worked at MLSE in various analyst roles focused on business planning and insights from March 2022 to July 2025. Prior experience includes strategic consulting at Sun Life and a role as a Business Analyst in Digital Health Solutions. Denise is also recognized for founding and co-chairing the Queen's Entrepreneurship and Innovation Conference, which connects students with the entrepreneurial industry. Additional experience encompasses roles with Sun Life as a Campus Ambassador and Governance Consultant, as well as various positions within Queen's Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship, including In-House Entrepreneur and External Delegates Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a degree from Queen's University, where Denise studied from 2015 to 2019.
