Mike Collins

Mike Collins has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Mike began their career in the broadcasting industry in 1981 as an On-Air Host at CKWR FM. Mike then worked as a Technical Producer at CFCA FM / CKKW from 1983 to 1986. Collins continued their journey in sales, working as a Sales Representative at CKBY FM / W1310 from 1986 to 1987 and then at CHEZ 106 FM from 1987 to 1991. Mike later joined CFRA / CFMO FM as a Sales Representative from 1991 to 1992. In 1992, Collins joined Rogers Sports & Media and held various positions including Account Manager, Promotions and Marketing Manager, 570 News Sales Manager, and General Manager / General Sales Manager. From 2005 to 2016, they served as the General Manager / General Sales Manager for CHYM 96.7, 570 News, and KIX 106. Mike also worked as a Seconded Lobbyist for the Fair For Canada Campaign from August to December 2013. Since 2016, Mike Collins has been serving as the Director, Regional Sales Manager Southwestern Ontario at Rogers Sports & Media.

Mike Collins attended Elmira District Secondary School from 1978 to 1983. Mike then went on to study Radio and Television Arts at Conestoga College from 1983 to 1986.
