Natalya Leshchiner has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and operations. Natalya is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Rogerson Communities since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Finance at Morton Hospital from June 2019 to January 2021.
From June 2016 to June 2019, Natalya held the role of Director of Finance and Operations at Carney Hospital. Before that, they worked at DotHouse Health from June 2013 to June 2016 as the Director of Finance. In this role, they managed and improved various accounting and revenue cycle aspects and led the organization in budget preparation.
Earlier in their career, Natalya served as the Financial Manager/Controller at the Benson Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at MGH from December 2006 to March 2012. Natalya was responsible for managing the operation and financial planning of teaching, clinical, and research programs. Natalya also worked as a Controller at the Mind Body Medical Institute from May 2001 to December 2006, where they implemented new accounting software and successfully completed a data conversion project.
Natalya's work experience also includes a role as a Corporate Accountant at The North Carolina Partnership for Children, Inc. from 1998 to 2000.
Natalya Leshchiner pursued their education from 1989 to 1995 at the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, where they obtained an MS degree in Accounting and Finance.

Rogerson Communities
Rogerson Communities was founded in 1860 in Boston as the “Home for Aged Men,” the first privately supported home in the area for “respectable aged and indigent men.” Since 1978, Rogerson Communities has evolved from a single retirement home for older men to a network of innovative, accessible, affordable housing and services for elders, persons with disabilities, and the working poor in the Greater Boston area. Breaking new ground and turning innovative ideas into housing and programs that truly respond to the needs of Boston’s most vulnerable, elderly residents are aspects key to Rogerson’s success. Rogerson opened one of this country’s first adult day health programs for elders in 1978, now expanded to become the Rogerson Roslindale Adult Day Health Program. Rogerson was also one of the first elderly housing providers to hire social service coordinators for residents and one of the first to encourage elders to keep pets in their homes. The agency’s leadership role in meeting the needs of older adults is exemplified most recently by the introduction of a pioneering exercise and strength-training program specifically designed for elders, Rogerson Fitness First, at the Rogerson Roslindale Adult Day Health Program as well as a number of other Rogerson facilities.
