Natalya Leshchiner has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and operations. Natalya is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Rogerson Communities since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Finance at Morton Hospital from June 2019 to January 2021.

From June 2016 to June 2019, Natalya held the role of Director of Finance and Operations at Carney Hospital. Before that, they worked at DotHouse Health from June 2013 to June 2016 as the Director of Finance. In this role, they managed and improved various accounting and revenue cycle aspects and led the organization in budget preparation.

Natalya Leshchiner pursued their education from 1989 to 1995 at the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, where they obtained an MS degree in Accounting and Finance.
