Schuyler Ozbick Farkas, P.Geo. has worked in the oil and gas industry since 2014. In 2017, they began working with Chinook Consulting Services as a Geological Consultant, providing creative and comprehensive solutions for clients utilizing the full suite of Rogii's geosteering and geoscience software. Schuyler has supervised directionally drilled wells, executed petrographic analysis of drill cuttings, and completed comprehensive reports. In 2014, they began working with McLeay Geological Consultants (2006) Ltd. as a Wellsite Consultant, supervising SAGD, unconventional wells, and coring programs in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB). Schuyler also worked as a Geological Report Editor and Administrative Assistant (contract). Prior to this, Schuyler worked as a School Programs Leader at TELUS Spark, the new Science Centre, instructing science programs for children aged 7-14. Schuyler also worked as a Chemistry Instructor and Program Leader at the University of Calgary - Mini University, designing the curriculum and teaching chemistry fundamentals to children ages 5-14. In 2012, Schuyler worked as a Rowing Coach at the Club d'aviron de Montréal / Montreal Rowing Club. Schuyler is currently working as an Account Executive and Technical Analyst at ROGII, providing creative and comprehensive solutions for clients utilizing the full suite of Rogii's geosteering and geoscience software.

Schuyler Ozbick Farkas, P.Geo. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Geology/Earth Science from McGill University from 2008 to 2013. Schuyler also holds certifications from IHS Markit (AccuLogs and AccuMap), SeisWare International Inc. (Data Loading in SeisWare and Foundations for Technologists), Doug Hayden (Estimating Porosity and Permeability From Drill Cuttings), The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) (Geologist in Training), Enform (H2S Alive), Stanford University Online Lagunita (Reservoir Geomechanics), Canadian Red Cross (Standard First Aid and CPR), ROGII Inc. (StarSteer - Introduction to Geosteering), and Danatec Educational Services Ltd. (WHMIS).
