Jyotin Shastri has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Jyotin started their career at PRICEWARE International Pvt. Ltd. in 1994, where they served as the CFO. In this role, they were responsible for finance functions, treasury management, and implementing internal control systems. Jyotin also played a key role in formulating business strategies for maximizing profitability. Jyotin then moved on to ARCHON in 2012, where they served as the CFO for one year. Currently, they are the Head Accounts and Finance at Roha, a position they have held since 2014. In this role, they oversee various finance functions, including treasury management and implementing systems and policies to ensure internal financial control. Jyotin is also involved in drafting financial reports for multiple subsidiaries and joint ventures.
Jyotin Shastri completed their Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 1991 and 1994. Jyotin also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
