In 1994, Mrinal Agarwal enrolled at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) program in 1997. They then joined the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in 2001, where they acquired a certification in NSDL Depository Operations (NCFM). Moving forward, Mrinal Agarwal participated in the International Life Insurance (LIS) program at Munich Reinsurance in Munich, Germany in 2007. Concurrently, they also completed the General Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in the same year. Most recently, Mrinal Agarwal has been engaged in the Strategic Cost Management program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad since 2014.
