Claudia Krepsky

Claudia Krepsky, MHRLR, serves as the HR Manager at Rohde Brothers, Inc. since June 2022, contributing to the design and fabrication of innovative mechanical infrastructure systems and waste recovery solutions. Additionally, Claudia is the Owner and Human Resources Consultant at Claudia Krepsky Consulting LLC, providing HR solutions for small businesses and non-profits. As Co-Owner of Two Girls Two Glasses LLC, Claudia shares a passion for wine through education and tastings. Previous experience includes significant roles at Kohler Co., where Claudia excelled as a Senior HR Project Leader and Talent Acquisition Specialist, and The Home Depot, overseeing HR functions across multiple stores. Early career milestones include recruiting and staffing management with Kelly Services Inc. and career consulting with Great Lakes Training and Development. Claudia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
