Tobias Leysen

Tobias L. is an experienced professional in the marine and dredging industries, currently serving as Area Manager at Rohde Nielsen A/S since March 2021. Previously, Tobias held the position of Head of Dredging & Offshore at HERBOSCH-KIERE from September 2019 to March 2021, focusing on strategic growth and business development for international marine projects, including acquisition and contract management. Prior experience includes a tenure at Jan De Nul Group, where Tobias served as Desk Manager Europe, overseeing tender, project, and contract management for dredging works in the European market, as well as fulfilling roles as Project Manager and Works Manager/Operational Superintendent for various earthmoving and marine construction projects worldwide. Educationally, Tobias holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven, along with additional studies at Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen and Klein Seminarie Hoogstraten.
