Holger Schoetz

Holger Schoetz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and human resources, currently serving as Executive Vice President Operations and a member of the Management Board at Rohde & Schwarz since April 2007. Responsibilities include global supply chain management and procurement, along with overseeing global Human Resources. Prior roles at Rohde & Schwarz encompass various leadership positions, including Director of Strategic Projects and Deputy Plant Manager. Holger's career also includes product management at Zollner Elektronik AG and contributions to both Bosch and Robert Bosch Corporation. Holger holds an MBA from the Deggendorf Institute of Technology and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Amberg-Weiden.
