Jose Manuel Novoa

Jose Manuel Novoa has extensive experience in leadership roles within the telecommunications and technology sectors, serving as Managing Director at Rohde & Schwarz España since April 1999 and holding similar positions for multiple countries including Portugal, Italy, and Greece. Novoa also played a key role at Unitronics as Sales Manager and Product Manager from September 1988 to April 1999. In terms of education, Novoa holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a Global CEO degree from IESE Business School, as well as advanced management training from IESE and a Master’s degree in Art Appraisal from Universidad de Alcalá.
