Michael Eichhorn

Michael Eichhorn is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Director of R&D Protocol and IP Application Test Solutions at Rohde & Schwarz since June 2005, focusing on mobile phone test solutions for network operators. Prior roles at Rohde & Schwarz include IMS and SUPL project manager, software architect, and technical project lead, where responsibilities encompassed test development and system architecture for LTE protocol conformance. Additionally, Michael has been an active delegate at the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) since August 2005, engaging with conformance testing and leading the IOP working group. Michael holds a Dipl degree in computer science from the Technical University of Munich and studied at the University of Canterbury.
