Rachel Chen possesses extensive experience in RF engineering and technical business development. Currently serving as a Senior Application Engineer at Rohde & Schwarz since October 2017, Rachel has excelled in driving territory growth through strong customer engagement and successful negotiation of multimillion-dollar deals. Previous roles at Rohde & Schwarz include Application Engineer and Senior Product Engineer, where Rachel provided critical customer support and refined business processes. Prior experience includes positions as an Electrical Engineer and Technical Business Development Manager at Ancortek Inc., along with an internship as a Network Engineer at Genesys Impact.
