Xavier Dielenseger

Xavier Dielenseger is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in project management and customer support, currently serving as Director of ATC Customer Projects Testing and Validation at Rohde & Schwarz since February 2011. In this role, Xavier leads the establishment of testing strategies and manages global resources for customer-specific campaigns, ensuring comprehensive project documentation and internal reporting. Previously as Director of Protocol Conformance Test, responsibility included the development of conformance test cases from GSM to 5G, overseeing a multinational development team. Earlier experience includes managing large teams in product validation at LG Electronics Mobilcomm France, and roles at Mitsubishi focusing on mobile validation and protocol integration. Xavier holds an Engineer’s Degree in Telecommunications from Télécom SudParis.
