Principal Engineer - New Process and Technologies at Rohinni

Nicholas Busch has a range of experience in engineering and manufacturing roles. Nicholas started their career at Loud Technologies Inc. as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and packaging professional audio equipment. Nicholas then joined Triumph Group as a N/C Programmer I and later became a Tool Designer II, where they identified tooling requirements and designed various tools for composites manufacturing. Nicholas then moved up to the role of Process Engineer II, where they developed and implemented manufacturing processes and maximized process efficiencies. After that, they became a Research and Development Engineer III at Triumph Group, where they identified and developed new processes and technologies for thermoplastic composite manufacturing. Nicholas also worked with sales and marketing to commercialize new design and process formulations. Most recently, they have been working at Rohinni as a Manufacturing Engineer and currently as a Principal Engineer, where they lead a multi-discipline engineering team and manages projects for developing semiconductor equipment and processing technologies. Nicholas also performs market analysis studies, feasibility studies, and manages key supply chain relationships.

Nicholas Busch attended Western Washington University from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Plastics Engineering Technology. Their field of study focused on Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology.
