Jana Palečková (Buršíková)

Jana Palečková (Buršíková) has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Jana began their career in 1994 as an Attorney/Law Student at AK JUDr Petr Meduna. In 1999, they joined PRK Partners, attorneys at law, where they worked as an Attorney at Law and Associate. In 2005, they moved to PRK Partner where they worked as Of Counsel: Head of IT/IP. In 2010, they joined Havel, Holasek & Partners s.r.o. as a Senior Lawyer (Professional Support Lawyer) and Attorney at law. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Legal Counsellor/Compliance Officer at Roche. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Professional Support Lawyer/Of Counsel at bnt attorneys in CEE Czech Republic. Since 2020, they have been working as a Legal Counsel at BAT. In 2021, they were appointed as the Chief Legal Counsel CZ at Rohlik.cz.

Jana Palečková (Buršíková) began their educational journey in 1988 when they attended Gymnázium u Libeňského zámečku. Jana then moved on to Charles University, where they studied Law from 1992 to 1997. In 1999, they obtained a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Oxford.
