Lucie Müllerová

Lucie Müllerová has been working in customer service since 2022, when they began their role as a Customer Care Specialist at Rohlik.cz. Prior to that, they were a Servírka at Vinohradský pivovar since 2021. Before that, they were a Vedoucí směny at McDonald's since 2017. In this role, they were responsible for supervising their assigned area in the restaurant, leading the shift and section, and overseeing the restaurant in the absence of the manager. Lucie also managed HACCP, counted cash, managed the restaurant's safe, developed and planned employee training, organized warehouses, made regular electronic orders, updated the CFM program, managed the transfer book, managed monthly inventories of raw materials and OPS, controlled and minimized costs for EM, WASTE, PROMO, regularly checked daily cards, monitored differences, regularly checked the SMS program, recorded invoices in the FoxPro program, closed the month in SMS, stored goods according to standards, checked warehouse cleanliness, checked expiration dates, and regularly updated all PROFIT forms.

Lucie Müllerová attended Obchodní akademie Dušní 7 from 2016 to 2020, studying for an obchodní akademie degree.
