Matthias Volz

Matthias Volz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and technical sales. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at RÖHM GmbH since April 2025, Matthias previously held the position of Sales Manager Germany at ASYS Group from September 2023 to April 2025. Matthias's career at Bossard - Deutschland spanned from December 2017 to October 2023, where roles included leading product management and business development while overseeing a team of 25 in technical sales. Prior experience includes a tenure at ZwickRoell from October 2008 to November 2017, where Matthias led an export sales team and focused on creating complex proposals and supporting international sales partners. Matthias began the career as a Development Engineer and completed a diploma thesis at KUKA in March 2008.
